Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Denver, CO is seeking an Electrical Component Engineer to join the TMK2 team. You will lead and/or assist in Electrical/EEE Parts engineering and evaluate new technologies for space-grade components.

Collaborate with survivability, design, test and manufacturing engineers, vendors, and government interfaces to ensure parts meet harsh environment requirements and program needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical parts and circuits and device operation (relays, hybrids, ICs, transistors, diodes, capacitors).
• Knowledge of design, manufacturing, materials, and processes for EEE parts.
• Clearance eligibility (Secret) and U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in EEE Parts Engineering tasks related to hardware design, manufacture and test.
• Participate in selection, qualification, testing and failure analysis of EEE Parts.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and evaluate suppliers/test reports.
• Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement/Supply Chain teams.
• Work on resistors, capacitors, diodes, ICs, hybrids, crystals, filters, relays and semiconductors.
