Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Staff Commissioning Engineer to act as a campus and multi-campus technical authority for commissioning across Crusoe's data center portfolio. You will own outcomes, set technical direction for the electrical discipline, and govern the commissioning program itself, serving as the escalation point for high-impact decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center commissioning, construction, or critical infrastructure delivery.
• Mastery of the full commissioning lifecycle (L0–L6) and related testing/governance.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems: power distribution, EPMS, controls.
• Proven track record in program-wide commissioning standards and processes.
• Experience with quoting, bid leveling, and vendor management.
• Willingness to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-campus commissioning oversight and leadership across Crusoe sites.
• Set technical direction for the electrical discipline and drive program-level change.
• Govern commissioning standards and ensure quality across sites and projects.
• Own quoting activities and manage vendor outcomes with accountability.
