Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Staff Commissioning Engineer to act as the technical authority for commissioning across the data center portfolio. The role leads mechanical disciplines, governs commissioning programs, and drives high-impact decisions that influence site outcomes and client confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; equivalent commissioning experience considered (CxA certification a plus).
• Mastery of the full commissioning lifecycle (L0-L6) with documentation, testing and governance requirements.
• Strong leadership, program governance, and commercial/contractual fluency across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-campus commissioning oversight and direction across Crusoe's portfolio.
• Own technical sign-offs and maintain customer communication for program success.
• Conduct QA audits and drive root-cause analysis for continuous program improvement.
• Travel up to 50% to project sites as required.
