Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in electrical engineering or related field.
• 7-8 years BIM modeling and electrical design experience; healthcare/industrial/data center a plus.
• Journeyman/Master Electrician license helpful; PE license may be required within a year.
• Proficiency with Revit, Autodesk tools, Navisworks, Bluebeam; ETAP/SKM/Easy Power for design may be required.
• Experience supporting field electricians and coordinating with project teams.
• Knowledge of National Electric Code and building codes as they relate to design.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3D BIM models and electrical construction documents for projects.
• Coordinate with project management, BIM team, and vendors to plan design execution.
• Mentor and coach team members; QA/QC of deliverables; ensure on-schedule progress.
• Assist with design budgets, resource forecasting, and multi-discipline reviews.
• Support PV design layouts and site assessments where applicable.
