The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in electrical maintenance/reliability in heavy industry, and proficiency with SAP, MS Office, and MS Project. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical maintenance/reliability management experience in heavy industrial environment.
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office and MS Project.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to electrical maintenance across the plant.
• Lead safety, health, and environmental policy adherence.
• Identify improvement opportunities and set site goals.
• Manage budgets, capital requirements, and major maintenance projects.
• Oversee power and control systems including preventative maintenance.
