Job summary

True Anomaly, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Analyst to lead worst-case circuit analysis (WCCA) and derating activities across spacecraft hardware programs. You will collaborate with design engineers and SMEs to ensure electrical systems meet stringent military and industry standards from design through release.

Mentoring junior engineers and driving process improvements are key aspects of this role. You will utilize advanced test equipment to identify and resolve complex electrical issues,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in WCCA, derating analysis, or related electrical analysis roles.
• Familiarity with environmental and electrical testing procedures and standards.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Effective communicator with experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct worst-case circuit analysis (WCCA) in compliance with MIL/ASTM/TIA/EIA etc.
• Conduct derating analysis per EEE-INST-002
• Review findings with SME teams and release WCCA reports
• Prepare and configure test equipment and fixtures for real-world testing
• Troubleshoot complex electronic systems with advanced instruments
• Document test results and corrective actions clearly
• Support root cause analysis and design verification for WCCA and system performance
• Collaborate with engineering and customer teams in product development and improvements
• Participate in full product lifecycle from concept to post-release support
• Mentor junior engineers to improve skills and capabilities
• Improve electrical engineering processes to drive efficiency
