True Anomaly is seeking a skilled Senior Electrical Analyst to lead worst‑case circuit analysis (WCCA) and derating across our spacecraft hardware programs. In this role, you will work closely with design engineers and subject matter experts to ensure our electrical systems meet rigorous military and industry standards, from early design through qualification and release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on WCCA or derating analysis experience.
• Familiarity with environmental and electrical testing procedures and standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform worst-case circuit analysis (WCCA) per MIL/ASTM/TIA/EIA standards.
• Conduct derating analysis per EEE‑INST‑002.
• Review findings with SMEs and release WCCA reports.
• Configure test equipment to simulate real-world conditions.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems using advanced test instruments.
• Document results including defects and corrective actions clearly.
• Support root cause analysis and design verification for WCCA.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer teams across lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements.
• Continuously improve electrical analysis practices to boost efficiency.
