Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking a Senior Electrical Analyst to lead worst‑case circuit analysis (WCCA) and derating across spacecraft hardware programs. You will work with design engineers and SMEs to ensure electrical systems meet stringent military and industry standards from design through release.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive improvements in electrical analysis processes, and support product development in a hybrid work environment near Centennial, CO or Long Beach, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• 5+ years in WCCA/derating or related electrical analysis
• Familiarity with environmental and electrical testing procedures and standards
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct worst-case circuit analysis (WCCA) per MIL/ASTM/EIA standards
• Perform derating analysis per EEE-INST-002
• Review findings with SMEs and release WCCA reports
• Prepare test setups and configure equipment to simulate test conditions
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems using advanced test equipment
• Document results with clear, structured reports
• Support root cause analysis and design verification in WCCA contexts
• Collaborate with engineering and customer teams throughout product lifecycle
• Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements
