Job summary

True Anomaly seeks a Senior Electrical Analyst to lead WCCA and derating activities across spacecraft hardware programs. You will mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement of electrical analysis processes, collaborating with design teams to ensure compliance with military and industry standards from design through release.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in WCCA or related electrical analysis, hands-on test experience with scopes and spectrum/network analyzers, and a strong ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in WCCA or related electrical analysis.
• Experience with spacecraft electrical systems and testing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead worst-case circuit analysis (WCCA) in accordance with MIL/ASTM/TIA/EIA standards.
• Perform derating analysis per EEE-INST-002.
• Prepare, configure, and execute tests to simulate real-world conditions.
• Document results, findings, and corrective actions clearly in reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive improvements in analysis processes.
