Job summary

True Anomaly is actively seeking a Senior Electrical Analyst to lead worst-case circuit analysis (WCCA) and derating activities across spacecraft hardware programs. You will collaborate with design engineers and SMEs to ensure electrical systems meet rigorous MIL and industry standards from early design through qualification and release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in WCCA, derating analysis, or related electrical analysis roles.
• Familiarity with environmental and electrical testing procedures and standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Effective communicator with cross-functional experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct worst-case circuit analysis (WCCA) in compliance with MIL, ASTM, TIA, EIA, etc.
• Derating analysis per EEE-INST-002.
• Review findings with SMEs and release WCCA reports.
• Prepare and configure test equipment to simulate real-world and idealized conditions.
• Troubleshoot and analyze complex electronic systems using advanced instruments.
• Document test and analysis results with defects and corrective actions.
• Support root‑cause analysis and design verification within WCCA context.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer teams for product development.
• Participate in all product lifecycle stages from concept to release.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve design skills.
• Continuously improve electrical engineering processes for innovation.
