Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant project experience.
• Minimum 3 years managing major engineering, procurement, and/or construction activities.
• Demonstrated experience with electric transmission, substation, distribution, or underground utility projects.
• Strong project scheduling and budget-management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage electric utility projects from planning and engineering through construction and closeout.
• Lead projects involving overhead lines, substations, and underground utility infrastructure.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, including outage scheduling with utility operations.
• Manage contractor performance, project teams, consultants, vendors, and stakeholder communication.
