What You'll Do:
- Manage electric utility projects from planning and engineering through construction and closeout
- Lead projects involving overhead lines, substations, and underground utility infrastructure
- Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, including outage scheduling with utility operations
- Manage contractor performance, project teams, consultants, vendors, and stakeholder communication
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of relevant project experience
- Minimum 3 years managing major engineering, procurement, and/or construction activities
- Demonstrated experience with electric transmission, substation, distribution, or underground utility projects
- Strong project scheduling and budget-management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline preferred
