Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience managing large-scale utility projects.
• Strong experience with EPC projects, contract models, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level project management overview, expertise, and direction.
• Lead overall project management with knowledge of overhead, substation, and underground segments, including schedule and budget management.
• Initiate, plan, execute, and close projects—defining the WBS, cost baseline, and OBS structure.
