Job summary

BlackRock Resources, LLC in Hartford, CT is seeking a seasoned Project Manager – Level 1 for electric utility projects. This onsite role leads projects from planning through construction and closeout, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.

You will lead overhead lines, substations, and underground infrastructure, develop detailed scopes, schedules, and budgets, and communicate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant project experience.
• Minimum 3 years managing major engineering, procurement, and/or construction activities.
• Demonstrated experience with electric transmission, substation, distribution, or underground utility projects.
• Strong project scheduling and budget-management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline preferred.
