• Plan, coordinate, and supervise capital project development and long-range planning.
• Administer contracts for projects, professional services, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with codes, policies, and standards; manage scheduling and budgets.
• Mentor and develop team members; drive safety and quality throughout projects.
