Job summary

PG&E is seeking a Principal Program Manager for the San Francisco Delivery team. The role analyzes customer feedback across multiple channels and partners with Customer and Operations teams to implement improvements. It is a hybrid role with potential travel to San Francisco 1–3 days per week and a Bay Area salary range.

The position emphasizes leadership in program development, governance, and training initiatives to enhance customer experience across PG&E lines of business in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of total related experience.
• Some travel may be required and flexible/long hours may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs and develop strategy to meet company goals.
• Represent PG&E to external agencies on sensitive issues and coordinate with Government Relations.
• Manage large, cross-functional projects with significant financial or political impact.
• Develop program performance metrics and present updates to senior management.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and variances; build business cases for funding.
• Mentor and coach less experienced staff; may supervise 1–2 direct reports.
