Job summary

The position is hybrid, located in the PG&E service territory with possible travel to HQs in Oakland or San Ramon as needed. Strong PM skills and knowledge of utility processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of total related experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of electric utility processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical problem solving and budgeting knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ERP modules.

Responsibilities

• Applies advanced knowledge of Program Management to moderate to complex assignments and established programs.
• Collaborates with manager on annual productivity targets.
• Prepares and presents program budget recommendations and explains variance.
• Administers identified program work or projects and tracks activity.
• Develops and implements process improvements to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and supports GRC testimony research.
• Develops communication and training for assigned programs.
