PG&E’s Electric Transmission & Distribution team seeks an Electric Program Manager to oversee a company program with an assigned budget, supporting Substation Operations & System Inspections. Hybrid work from a PG&E service territory location is required, with on-site visits several times a month.

Role emphasizes governance, training, reporting, and cross-functional coordination within the organization. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 7 years of related experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years' total related experience.
• Experience managing capital expense budgets.

Responsabilités

• Applies expert knowledge of Program Management to wide-ranging issues and assignments.
• May design and develop new programs under a larger umbrella of goals and initiatives.
• Manages all aspects of programs that are cross departmental, complex and have a significant impact on the line of business.
• Leads development of plans to achieve program goals.
• Represents the program as a subject matter expert and stakeholder on process improvement teams, regulatory filings, and various stakeholder groups.
