Job summary

Pacific Gas and Electric Company in Oakland is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to support the LEAPS Work Readiness Team. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and Excel skills, with collaboration across Land, Environmental, and Enterprise Public Works teams and LOB partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
6 years of related experience or equivalent.
PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
Experience with PG&E metrics development and production.
Experience in project management or engineering of utility distribution and station projects.

Responsibilities

Act as Program Manager for one of PG&E's Lines of Business.
With leadership, engage end-to-end process/program stakeholders through weekly communication and program execution meetings.
Develop standardized tools, reports, and activities to proactively manage program execution and anticipate risks.
Identify areas of opportunity and influence process improvement activities.
Support development of standardized internal practices and tools to drive consistency.
