Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a senior Project/Engine ering professional to lead the Electric Power Generation program. The role reports to the Sr Engineering Manager and operates on a hybrid schedule from our Phoenix location.

You'll manage system development, CAM-based budgeting, cross-functional collaboration, and regular program updates for customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Project engineering, Test engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience with Control Account Management (CAM).

Responsibilities

• Lead systems and test engineering efforts including requirements management, system integration, and engine development/qualification tests.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), track milestones, and ensure adherence to technical requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project goals.
• Prepare and present monthly budget and schedule updates, including CAM activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison between team leadership and customers, providing regular updates on program status and addressing concerns.
