Green Energy Biofuel LLC in Warrenville, SC is seeking a Lead Electrician/Mechanical Maintenance Technician to oversee skilled maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems. This hands-on role leads a team of technicians and emphasizes safety, reliability, and efficiency in a busy production environment.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment, and coordinate with management to allocate resources while ensuring NEC and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years multicraft experience in manufacturing.
• Leadership experience in a maintenance role.
• Experience in maintenance planning and part quoting.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical systems including automotive 12V wiring to 3-phase industrial.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery and building structures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules.
• Conduct boiler maintenance and inspections.
• Install, test, and repair electrical fixtures and circuits.
• Lead, train, and mentor maintenance staff.
• Manage inventory of tools and parts.
• Coordinate with management to allocate resources.
• Document maintenance activities and reports.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe work practices.
