Job summary

Leadec Corp. in Charleston, SC is seeking a Lead Service Line Manager Tech Maintenance to supervise electrical and mechanical maintenance of facility assets, including WWT, powerhouse equipment, boilers, cooling towers, and pumps.

You will lead a union-skilled maintenance team, schedule daily workload, ensure preventive and corrective maintenance, adhere to NFPA 70E safety practices, and partner with the Facility Operations Manager on plant reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and maintenance supervision experience preferred.
• Experience with controls, PLCs and electrical systems is a plus.
• Must be able to lead a union-maintenance team and coordinate with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and schedule work; ensure PMs and corrective tasks are completed.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance of facility assets including WWT and powerhouse equipment.
• Maintain safety, follow NFPA 70E, and document activities per Leadec processes.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate effectively with management and customer site leadership.
• Be available for overtime and weekend work as needed.
