Job summary

Eversource Energy in Massachusetts is seeking a field operations supervisor to ensure safe, timely, and efficient construction, maintenance, and emergency restoration of electric distribution and transmission systems. You will lead teams, enforce a safety-first culture, and coordinate with other departments and contractors.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5–10 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel MA/CT/NH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Five to ten years of related experience is required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Motor Vehicle License required; DOT license preferred.
• Willingness to travel MA/CT/NH; on-call storm duties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the safe execution of field activities.
• Prioritize work to ensure safe and proper use of resources.
• Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure proper application of local union contracts and resolve concerns.
• Coordinate with other utilities, departments, and contractors.
• Fulfills storm duty assignments and on-call rotation.
