Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a field operations leader to oversee construction, maintenance, and emergency restoration of electric distribution and transmission systems. You will promote a safety-first culture, supervise teams, coordinate with unions and external parties, and ensure work is completed within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum of five years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Motor Vehicle License; DOT license preferred.
• Willingness to travel between MA/CT/NH and work outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities
