Responsibilities

• Design and develop electric distribution network layouts and configurations.
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
• Perform cable rating studies and cable pulling calculations.
• Conduct load flow analysis, voltage drop studies, and reliability assessments.
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or corrective actions.
• Conduct field visits with customers and electrical contractors to determine required system additions needed to support new and additional customer loads.
• Coordinate work with customers to meet service requested delivery dates.
• Investigate customer service issues and lead the development of solutions.
• Collaborate with operations, planning, and field teams to ensure project execution.
• Form an effective team relationship with operating company management to communicate network issues and improvement needs.
• Maintain close contact with local network crews to provide technical support on projects and maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, industry standards, and company policies.
