Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify voting locations for regular and special elections and ensure ADA compliance.
• Recruit and train poll workers; supervise and assign duties for pre-election, election day and post-election activities.
• Coordinate absentee and early voting, including ballot issuance, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate voter rights outreach and third-party registration programs; conduct outreach events and trainings.
• Research and compile election data, prepare reports, and coordinate data exchange with election databases.
• Maintain databases, prepare correspondence, process requisitions, order supplies, and monitor budgets.
• Interact with the public, county departments, and election officials regarding the election process.
• Maintain official documents and records in accordance with retention laws; handle confidential information.
