Job summary

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist III to support the CDC in developing compelling eLearning courses and video scripts. The role blends instructional design, content authoring, and accessibility compliance across multiple projects.

Remote work is permitted; the team emphasizes collaboration, quality deliverables, and timely responses to reviewer feedback. Requires experience with ADDIE, LMS, and SCORM-based tooling and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4-7 years of experience.
• Background and drug screening clearance.
• Experience with eLearning content authoring tools and LMS.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop eLearning course outlines using the ADDIE model with multiple drafts per course.
• Develop eLearning storyboards with content, graphics, interactions, and assessments.
• Create job aids, self-study guides, and other training resources with Section 508 accessibility.
• Write or review video scripts for narration in courses.
• Lead course reviews and pilot tests, document feedback and implement changes.
• Program 508-compliant, SCORM-conformant eLearning courses in Captivate, Lectora, or similar.
• Prepare material branding and accessibility aligned with CDC/DLS standards.
