Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to support NA-90 training programs for infrastructure. You will lead development projects, design asynchronous courses, and coordinate with leadership to build capabilities across the organization.

Remote full-time position based in the United States. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in education or training, strong instructional writing, and familiarity with Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years developing education or awareness campaigns.
• Education/experience in adult learning, training development, marketing or communications.
• Interest in national security.
• Experience with education and training platforms (scripts, e-learning, trainings).
• Advanced instructional writing skills in multiple mediums.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a DOE L or Q security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify goals, audiences, gaps, and logistics for learning initiatives.
• Establish development framework and core competencies by staffing levels.
• Articulate objectives, audiences, delivery methods, and training execution.
• Lead internal training projects through design lifecycle and timelines.
• Use Articulate 360, MS Office, Adobe, Canva, LinkedIn Learning, and Swift Polling.
• Manage corporate training budget and review development plans.
• Assess training needs and efficacy with Learning Nucleus.
• Lead and facilitate learning sessions on policy, updates, or teamwork.
