Hire Counsel, a Purpose Legal Company, is seeking an experienced Elder Abuse & Personal Injury Associate Attorney in Los Angeles, CA, preferably Century City, with travel across California for hearings and trials. The role is hybrid (four days in-office, one remote day) with the possibility of full remote for top candidates.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Elder Abuse litigation experience, CA Bar admission, and the ability to manage cases from intake to resolution while leading team

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of Elder Abuse and personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience on both plaintiff and defense sides preferred.
• Ability to travel across California for hearings, depositions and trials.
• Proven ability to manage cases from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research as needed for Elder Abuse and PI cases.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, memos and trial documents.
• File court documents and manage filings timelines.
• Attend depositions and coordinate with experts and investigators.
• Prepare for and participate in motions, arbitrations and mediations.
• Represent clients at hearings and during trial preparation.
• Lead team members across departments and maintain client communications.
