Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Elder Abuse law firm experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in personal injury litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct necessary and desirable legal research.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Conduct, defend, and attend depositions.
• Communicate regularly with clients on the status of their matters.
