Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Senior Curriculum Specialist to design PreK-5 English Language Development content and align standards across core programs. You will act as the subject-matter expert for EL instruction and support RFP responses with precise ELD language.

You will lead curriculum strategy, collaborate with product and pedagogy teams, and mentor junior designers while ensuring high-quality instructional materials and efficient development workflows.

Qualifications

• Expertise in English Language development (ELD) / English Learner (EL) instruction and standards alignment.
• 5+ years of educational experience with substantial curriculum development.
• 3+ years of direct curriculum design and content creation, mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of PreK-5 ELD content across core programs.
• Serve as SME on ELD for customer-facing teams and RFP responses.
• Oversee quality guidelines and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Evaluate technology tools, including AI, to improve content workflows.
