Job summary

Amplify seeks a Senior Curriculum Specialist to lead design and development of PreK-5 English Language Development content, aligning standards across core programs and serving as the EL instruction SME for customer-facing teams. You will contribute to content strategy, mentor teammates, and drive innovative approaches to multilingual learner instruction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of educational experience with curriculum development.
• 3+ years of direct curriculum design and content creation, mentoring junior team members.
• Experience leading medium-scale curriculum projects across multiple grades, reviewing content and giving feedback.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, TESOL/Bilingual Education, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to curriculum strategy and development for ELD content across core programs.
• Maintain quality assurance and provide feedback to improve guidelines.
• Drive strategic technology integration and apply AI to content development workflows.
• Lead growth and mentorship within the team.
• Coordinate with Project Management to monitor project health and risks.
