Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline with production software coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• OR Associate’s Degree with 5+ years experience and coding experience in listed languages.
• OR Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years experience and coding experience in listed languages.
• OR Master's Degree with 2+ years experience.
• OR Doctorate or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Development and Management: design, build, and maintain scalable frameworks and tooling; contribute to capacity planning and performance improvements.
• Site Availability and Performance: be first point of contact for incidents; ensure security and perform timely upgrades; establish observability and disaster recovery testing.
• Elasticsearch Infrastructure and Management: optimize and extend systems for scale and reliability; stay updated with latest tech and best practices.
• Troubleshooting: read errors, diagnose issues, participate in incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Collaboration: work with open-source community and partner teams to drive shared features and observe impact.
