Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and valid NC teaching license in content area.
• Minimum five years of successful teaching experience in content area.
• Master's degree in Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administration and teacher of record to provide targeted instructional strategies.
• Coach and model effective teaching strategies within MTSS framework.
• Develop, facilitate, and evaluate building-level professional development activities.
• Assist teachers in applying new professional learning and monitor progress.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify student learning trends and adjust instruction.
• Lead school-based professional development and align it with goals.
