Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid NC Teaching license in content area required.
• Master's degree in Education preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience as successful content area teacher required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all laws, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with administration and the teacher of record to provide targeted instructional strategies including MTSS and technology integration.
• Demonstrate instructional coaching and support PLCs to improve practices and outcomes.
• Develop, facilitate, and evaluate professional development aligned to school goals.
• Assess student learning and provide timely feedback; analyze data from multiple sources.
