Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Valid NC Teaching license in content area.
• Minimum five years' experience as a successful content area teacher.
• Master's degree in Education preferred.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administration and teacher of record to implement targeted instructional strategies with MTSS.
• Provide professional development and coaching to teachers.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to inform instruction and goals.
• Lead school-based professional development planning and follow-up.
• Support integration of technology in instruction.
• Team-teach and model effective lessons.
• Ensure inclusive environment and positive communication.
• Perform related work as assigned.
