Job summary

CollegeSpring is seeking a Digital Curriculum Senior Specialist/Manager for ELAR to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality digital ELAR content that supports college readiness assessments. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, guiding a team of staff and contractors to ensure equity and instructional effectiveness.

You will shape the ELAR roadmap, manage content lifecycle from concept to delivery, and collaborate across departments to meet ambitious

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in ELAR curriculum development.
• 2+ years of ELAR instructional experience (grades 6–12).
• Familiarity with standardized assessments (SAT, ACT, TSIA2).
• Strong knowledge of ELAR pedagogy and standards.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and LMS/digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and continuous improvement of ELAR digital curriculum.
• Shape the ELAR product roadmap aligned to strategic initiatives.
• Oversee content QA, accessibility, differentiation, and branding.
• Manage contractors and a team of curriculum contributors.
• Collaborate with Partner Success, Marketing, Data, and Leadership.
