Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior EI&C Engineer to design electrical and instrumentation systems for water treatment facilities. The role includes leading a cross-functional team, performing instrument selections, and developing detailed drawings and datasheets.

The candidate will mentor junior engineers, participate in factory acceptance tests, and support commissioning activities on complex projects. A strong background in UL/CEC standards and panel design is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in industrial control system design.
• Experience with UL/CEC standards and panel design for hazardous areas.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and comment on engineering documents (P&IDs, GA's, specs).
• Perform calculations and select instrumentation for water facilities with safety in mind.
• Design complex LV control systems, including diagrams, I/O lists, and panel schematics.
• Support bids with technical guidance and lead creative customer-focused solutions.
