SpaceX is seeking a Sr. EHS Engineer to lead the development and ongoing improvement of training programs that enhance safety, regulatory compliance, and workforce capability across our Bastrop operations.

The role focuses on designing curricula, managing LMS content, and partnering with operations and engineering to translate incidents and audits into actionable training roadmaps, dashboards, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EHS, manufacturing, operations, program/project management, training, or engineering.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations; familiarity with adult learning and instructional design.
• Technical Program Management (TPM) expertise strongly preferred; PMP welcomed.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI).
• Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to multi-task and follow through on projects.
• Innovative thinking to drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness and engagement.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive EHS training curricula, materials, and programs aligned with operational needs, regulatory requirements, and risk reduction priorities.
• Conduct training needs assessments, gap analyses, and evaluations of existing programs to identify opportunities for improvement and new content development.
• Provide guidance and feedback to instructor partners for effective training delivery, educational materials, job aids, and awareness resources for employees at all levels.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and EHS teams to solicit feedback and integrate lessons learned from incidents, audits, and performance data.
• Manage learning management system (LMS) content, tracking, reporting, and compliance documentation for EHS training completion and effectiveness.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance training delivery methods and manage related projects to completion using a disciplined PM framework.
• Analyze training-related data to measure program effectiveness and develop dashboards and visualizations as needed.
• Architect strategic training roadmaps and action plans that support risk reduction and EHS maturity.
• Identify training challenges, lead root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Communicate effectively with different levels of the organization, including leadership.
