SpaceX in Redmond, WA seeks a Sr. Environmental Health & Safety Engineer to lead the design and execution of EHS training programs. You will develop curricula, manage LMS content, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and EHS teams to improve safety culture and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in EHS or related fields, with strong PM and data analytics skills, and a focus on continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. On-site role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering EHS training programs in manufacturing or high-hazard environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA and related EHS regulations; familiarity with adult learning principles.
• TPM expertise preferred; PMP welcomed.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Innovative approach to improving training effectiveness and engagement.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and implement EHS training curricula aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate existing programs for improvements.
• Guide instructors and produce educational materials and job aids for all levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate lessons learned from incidents and audits.
• Manage LMS content, tracking, and compliance documentation for training completion.
• Lead projects with a disciplined PM framework and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze training data to measure effectiveness and create dashboards.
• Develop strategic training roadmaps supporting risk reduction and EHS maturity.
• Identify training challenges, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and engineers for content reviews.
