AVANGRID POWER, LLC is seeking a Lead EHS Trainer to translate HS&W training strategy into standardized, scalable programs across business units. You will own and integrate training initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and practical field application.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs, assessing workforce needs, and driving continuous improvement with operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of EHS experience and 5–8+ years in training leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Organizational Development, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver EHS training across multiple formats.
• Identify workforce training needs and support onboarding.
• Continuously improve training programs and materials.
• Coordinate with operations and safety leadership to implement training frameworks.
• Travel up to 50% to deliver and support training initiatives across regions.
