AVANGRID POWER, LLC is seeking a Lead EHS Trainer to translate HS&W training strategy into standardized, scalable programs across business units. You will own and integrate training, ensuring practical application in the field while driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

You will design, implement, and lead large-scale training initiatives, partnering with Shared Services and operations to strengthen safety culture and workforce capability.

Qualifikationen

• 8–12+ years of EHS experience and 5–8+ years in training leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Organizational Development, or related field.
• CSP and OSHA Outreach Trainer certifications preferred.
• Instructional design credentials (ATD CPTD or equivalent) desirable.
• Technical background in utilities or industrial environments.
