Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking an EHS Specialist & Trainer to advance environmental, health, and safety programs at our facility in the United States. You will deliver training, conduct inspections, analyze hazards, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with operations and leadership to foster a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or similar environments.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or related field. (equivalent on the job experience may wave the degree).
• Certifications such as OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, HAZWOPer, or similar military experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of EHS programs, procedures, and policies in alignment with OSHA, EPA, local regulations.
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance documentation, permits, and reporting requirements.
• Participate in emergency preparedness planning and drills.
