ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Scientist, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to lead complex client programs from Boston, MA. The role focuses on proactive EHS strategy, compliance, and transaction support, guiding senior teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables across a global client base.

You will shape EHS programs beyond compliance, integrate risk-based thinking into deal execution, and mentor staff while expanding M&A services. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, safety, or related field.
• 5+ years in EHS compliance, management systems, and due diligence.
• Strong project management and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver EHS compliance projects reducing risk and improving performance.
• Manage multi-site due diligence and transactions per ASTM Phase I standards.
• Oversee projects end-to-end within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Advise clients on EHS risks, liabilities, and opportunities in transactions.
• Develop conservative, clear reports and actionable recommendations.
