Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) leader to manage EHS professionals, trade partners, and project teams, guiding risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and training to ensure safety and compliance across complex projects.

You will monitor EHS data, analyze trends, coordinate across work groups and clients, and develop emergency plans while advancing safety programs that align with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in EHS roles in industrial, manufacturing, construction or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training required; CHST and CSP preferred; OSHA 500 training required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team that delivers EHS excellence and promotes an EHS mindset.
• Oversee EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to guide teams.
• Lead general and targeted EHS training for employees and contractors.
• Develop emergency response plans including evacuation procedures.
• Communicate complex EHS requirements to diverse audiences.
• Engage project teams to educate and promote safe practices.
