Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the EHS program on its projects. You will partner with project leadership to drive compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement across sites.

You will coach EHS professionals, implement complex programs, and leverage data and industry best practices to safeguard workers and deliver project excellence. This role requires a strong leadership mindset and hands-on collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in EHS roles within industrial, manufacturing, construction, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversees EHS on projects to drive performance and talent development.
• Directs teams in interpreting complex regulatory EHS requirements.
• Leads project-level planning for risk, crisis, and compliance.
• Integrates analytics and new technologies to optimize EHS outcomes.
• Partners with leaders to set vision and goals for EHS stewardship.
• Communicates key initiatives and results to leadership.
• Leads accident, injury, crisis management and shares lessons learned.
