Job summary

Diasorin is seeking an experienced EHS professional to join our U.S. operations. You will lead environmental, health and safety programs to ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, EPA and other regulators.

You’ll evaluate regulations, implement policies, manage incidents and training, and maintain regulatory reporting. This role collaborates with facilities teams to protect employees and the environment while supporting business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in environmental, occupational health and safety or related science.
• 5+ years managing an EHS program in a manufacturing setting.
• Good understanding of OSHA, EPA, DOT/IATA, CDC regulations.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PPT; familiarity with Google Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Develop and maintain EHS programs and procedures.
• Coordinate incident reporting, worker compensation, and OSHA/CDC reporting.
• Lead training on EHS requirements and safety procedures.
• Support environmental and waste management regulations.
