Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field required.
• 1–3 years of EHS experience in construction preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA 1926 Construction Standards; OSHA 30-hour cert preferred.
• OSHA 510 certification a plus.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Safety certification is required.
• Experience managing subcontractor safety and site safety plans.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification current.
• Willingness to travel ~25% to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific EHS policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
• Conduct hazard assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on environmental compliance, such as waste management and stormwater protection.
• Perform site inspections and audits to identify hazards.
• Deliver EHS training to employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine root causes.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and training activities.
• Collaborate with project teams and regulators.
