Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Construction Safety Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards on project sites. You will conduct safety audits, provide training, and maintain accurate safety records.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in construction safety, a strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. This hands-on role requires a proactive approach to safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction site safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1926 & 1910).
• Experience with NFPA 70E (electrical safety).
• Ability to lead safety trainings and present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine construction site safety audits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Provide safety training to field personnel and assist in investigations.
• Maintain accurate records of training certifications and compliance documentation.
