  • Collaborate with project leadership to identify hazards, mitigate risk, and implement best practices.
  • Lead and support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions with a prevention‑focused approach.
  • Deliver effective safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks across a range of topics and environments.
  • Mentor and support EHS Coordinators and junior EHS Managers to promote consistency and professional development.
  • Analyze leading and lagging safety indicators to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Apply working knowledge of industrial hygiene principles, including air monitoring, sampling, and data logging.
  • Support the development of standardized best practices, training materials, and policy enhancements.
  • Communicate project conditions, risks, and performance clearly to project teams and corporate EHS leadership.
  • Provide EHS support during construction activities including system checkout, commissioning, and startup as required.

  • CHST and/or CSP certification required or strongly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of applicable safety regulations, compliance standards, and field safety practices.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and ability to travel to project sites.
